Our property is located in Tuscany, it was originally a watermill so rich in history, culture and social and human values. In the past, watermills were considered a point for the community to refer at and an activity of fundamental importance in the economic life of the village, today they are a source of educational and tourist interest.
We have deliberately preserved the original structure of our watermill trying to enhance the peculiar elements of interior and exterior spaces.
Moreover the ancient walls of the house, thanks to their thickness guarantee an excellent insulation from outside temperatures, keeping the ambients cool in summer and warm in winter.
Spending a holiday in an ancient watermill offers the opportunity to live an unusual and unique experience, adding the chance of a dip in our 3 pools.

Our rooms are all in rustic Tuscan style, furnished with the refined taste of the lady-owner artistic taste of a painter.
The creative personality of the owner can be perceived in the careful chosen furnishing and through her paintings, which embellish every single room.
The comfortable beds, the silence of the place and the positive effects of the “positive ions” released by the waterfalls, will promote the serenity of your sleep.
For those who want more privacy, we have one double room separated from the main building, in an intimate and pretty annexe, with private bathroom and kitchen.
Single room reservations available only in low season, in March, October, November.

If you travel in a large party and want to live a warm and familiar experience, you can book the whole property : we will be very happy to also host your four-legged friend!
The building comprises of three floors, it has five double bedrooms with French beds for give more intimacy and five single beds. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom.
For those who want more privacy, we have one double room separated from the main building, in an intimate and pretty annexe, with private bathroom and kitchen.
In total we can accommodate up to 15 people.
